basis. It is situated in a quiet street only 200 metres from
the harbour and ferry terminal
were you can take a boat trip to exciting and beautiful places in Ryfylke.
It is possible to park your car in the area outside the house, but a parking
permit is required. The house is fully re-modernised with new paint and wooden floors throughout the entire house. The house is of a very good standard in each room; and is decorated in a fresh, bright and modern style. The total size is 100 m˛ (1 sq m approx. = 10 sq ft). HOUSE DETAILS Ground Floor Entrance/Hallway: Downstairs toilet and stairs leading to first floor. Entrance into main living area. Living/Dining Area: Seating for 6 people in living area, and 6 people at dining room table. Kitchen: 4 ring cooker with oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, coffee-maker, electric kettle, toaster. Fully equipped for 1-6 people. Table with seating for 4 people in kitchen. Garden: Small garden with wooden decking. First Floor Bathroom: Toilet, sink and shower. Bedrooms: one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds and one small single bedroom (you must go through one of the large bedrooms to get to this room). Extras/Facilities

Minimum stay: |

We have a minimum stay of 2 nights. It is possible to rent for 1 night; but the price will then be the same as for 2 nights.

Security Deposit: |
|
NOK 1000 / EURO 150 / GBP 100 A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival.

Final Cleaning: |
NOK 400 (approx: EURO 51 / GBP 36 / US 74) will be added to the rental price. Note: For rentals of one week or more, final cleaning is included in the price.

Extra: |
We provide one set of bedlinen and towels per person in the rental. Free babycot and high chair on request.

Use of Property: |
No part of the property shall be used for any purpose other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed number of persons are to be accommodated at the property. | |
